Light Commercial Work, Scheduled Around Your Hours

Residential painting is the main business. We take on commercial projects that fit the calendar and the crew.

Overview

Commercial work runs on communication. You need to know when we're arriving, what will be disrupted and when the space is usable again. We keep that simple and stick to it.

Most of our commercial projects are local businesses and property owners who want the same care we bring to a house.

Project types

Light commercial interiors and exteriors, generally on the smaller side.

  • Offices and professional suites
  • Retail spaces
  • Restaurants and cafes
  • Small commercial buildings
  • Rental properties and turnovers
  • Hallways, lobbies and common areas

How we work around a business

Evenings, early mornings and phased areas are all normal. We'd rather work an odd schedule than shut down your floor.

Job sites stay tidy, cords stay out of walkways, and anything that has to stay open stays open.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you work after hours?
Yes. Evening and early morning schedules are common for occupied spaces.
Do you handle multiple units?
Rental turnovers and multi-unit common areas are a good fit, as long as the schedule is workable.
What size projects do you take?
Light commercial. Large industrial and multi-story jobs are outside what we take on.
